As a trained human resources and career services strategist, Phasefanie provides clients with expert and actionable guidance on how to maintain successful employee relief programs - work that aligns with her personal philosophy in life: "Do what you love and always keep learning and improving." Phasefanie infuses that philosophy in leading our team of relationship managers, ensuring the highest level of customer service across our global footprint.
Prior to joining E4E Relief, Phasefanie worked for Baker College, Michigan's largest independent not-for-profit college. There, she received her Master of Business Administration while serving in a variety of roles, including Senior Career Services Coordinator. Phasefanie is incredibly curious, and she's ready to flex both her left and right brain. She loves dinosaurs and space, and she brings that same curiosity to clients by getting to know them and finding new ways to support them.
