Linda Terrell

VP & Director, Operations & IT

Linda has held leadership positions across multiple global organizations, where she influenced their agility and effectiveness when it comes to technology. Her depth of experience outsourcing vendors and resources to build what her teams need has given her the ability to manage significant IT projects well. Now, the Certified Agile Leader (CAL1) is responsible for the E4E Relief technology platform, which supports our clients and their employees. In addition to overseeing the structural components of these tools, Linda also leads E4E Relief's information security initiatives, ensuring we are best in class on industry standards and all the information we collect is protected.

One of eight siblings, Linda is used to calling audibles and using her creativity to navigate complex, unpredictable and fast-paced environments. Her Midwest roots also bring about a no-nonsense composure while managing the vast work that needs to get done. This skill is crucial in our industry, where our technology must be able to support our clients the moment a disaster strikes.

The fast pace Linda maintains is nothing compared to how fast her son can run a mile. When not in the office, Linda enjoys cheering for her teenage kids and rallying support for their activities, programs and passions.
